The house stands out in particular because of the good finish and the perfect location on the southwest. With schools around the corner, it is an ideal home for young families. This modern neighborhood is close to the (ever-becoming) Diemerbos and the Nescio (bicycle) bridge to IJburg. The shopping center "Gruttoplein" is within walking distance. The various roads (A1, A9 and A10) as well as public transport (bus, train) are easily accessible.
